We have been doing tattoos for 7 years now and just last year added the photo booths. What a great decision that was. I was a little nervous at first spending so much on them, but what the heck, right?

This year we added the Boogie Heads, Big Chair and green screen. So far, the Boogie Heads is slow motion but that will change once I do my first bar/bat mitzvah. I’m thinking of doing the BH free this month at a bat mitzvah I have booked. There will be about 150 kids so this will be the perfect venue for all of them to see it. I think that will make or break it. Either way, I’m also thinking of doing the Boogie Heads at fairs this year because it is lots of fun and the people get a DVDd as soon as they finish. Big FUN!

The Big Chair has been a hit too but I’m not booking it outdoors just yet. Too many weather variables so unless clients are using it indoor I’m holding out. We did a promo with Nestle Nesquik where they rented the chair and then covered it in blue material and put the bunny up on it.

The green screen is a definite hit. Not only that, but it is FUN to do at the parties. I don’t go to parties any more unless I HAVE to, but I do all the green screen parties because I have lots of fun.

Bringing these new services on board has enabled me to change my company name of present myself as an ‘entertainment’ company. This in itself has brought new business from a different class of clients. We are constantly on the lookout for new things to add but I am trying to stay only with services that are interactive and offer the guests a ‘party favor’ when they leave.
