What comes with my package?
- Setup and removal: Our team sets up approximately one hour prior to your event. If you would like to set up earlier than one hour prior to the event, there is an extra fee.

- FREE Party Prop Box: That’s right! We bring along a box full of fun props so your guests can bring out their inner drama king or queen and ham it up for the camera!

- Prints: You can choose black & white or color prints when you enter the booth. Just push the button to begin the session!
- FREE Web Hosting: Your photos can be hosted indefinitely on an online photo gallery for your friends and family to view!

While standard props and costumes are provided free of charge with your rental, we can also provide unique items that fit in with the theme of your party for an additional cost. Our party consultants will find just the right props to bring on the fun. You can also provide your own custom props!

What if our event is outside the Greater Bay Area? Can we still hire you?
We can accommodate your event! There is an extra fee for extended travel to events.
What if my party is outside, will that be an issue?
No issue! As long as there is a power outlet available and the weather is good, we can take care of your outdoor event. However, if it is windy, rainy or muddy, we will need an indoor space to setup. Additionally, we can set up our photo booth on grass that is not wet from watering or morning dew.
Do you require any special power outlets for the photo booth?
No. We will use a basic 110V outlet, as long as it is less than thirty feet from our photo booth.
Do we get our photos right then and there?
Absolutely! The booth will print your photos in about 20 seconds. How’s that for instant gratification?
Do we have the choice between color and B&W images?
You bet! Our booths will print either for you. Simply select your choice from inside the booth.
When will the photos be available online?
We’ll post all your wacky photos 48 to 72 hours after your event.
How does the scrapbook option work?
We recommend scrapbooks for your event and we also recommend you provide a scrapbook that fits your event and/or taste. We would not be comfortable selling you a scrapbook that may or may not suit your needs! If you will be providing a scrapbook, you will also need to provide scrapbook necessities such as scissors, adornments, glue sticks, glitter pens and more so your guests can spice up the pages! Just remember you will need a special table and someone to facilitate this activity. Our attendant can cut the photo strips in half for your guests, but they will be too busy running the booth to assist with the actual scrapbooking.
What are your policies regarding a deposit?
When you book a date, we reserve our photo booth for your use at that time. Your deposit ensures that your booth will be available for your event. A verbal agreement is not binding, and your time slot will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% is received. Deposits are 100% refundable if you cancel your event at least 30 days prior to the event date.
We need to change the date and/or time of our event. Can we change our contract with you?
You may change your contract details such as time, date or location only if the request is made in writing at least thirty days before your event, and only then if the services you have reserved are still available. If our services are unavailable on your new date or time, and your request is received at least thirty days before your event, the deposit will be returned and the event cancelled. Any changes and/or event cancellations requested less than thirty days prior to event shall forfeit all deposits paid.
When do you require final payment for our event?
We require the balance in full prior to or the day of your event, unless otherwise agreed upon with our office and received in writing. If payment is rendered via credit card we will process the balance 24-48 hours prior to event. If paying via cash or check, payment is required upon arrival.
Are there different photo packages and/or features?
Family Fun Photo Booths offers the same great features on all booth rentals. That means no matter how many hours you rent our booths, you get the same standard features every time. Printing options and additional charges are outlined below.
